Research into target areas

My primary target area is majority based upon women who are retired and enjoy to bake.
My secondary target area is all ages and people who take a keen interest in being able to bake and enjoy doing it as well.

Time managment

Over the holidays we were asked to start our coursework for the next year. I have found it difficult at times to finish work off at the dates I have set myself. I have been able to get the work complete for the dates provided. I broke down the sections and tried to get them finished by a certain date so that I could move onto the next. I did this for the majority of them but with the deconstruction task I found it hard to stay on track.

Proposal

In my magazine that I am going to be creating I want to create a baking magazine with regional aspects to it. For example I will incorporate recipes that have come from the north east and will also try and include some classics that are loved by all. I also want to have a feature on the France and ow their baking strategies are different to ours and the types of bakeries they have and what they produce.

June calandar

I did not add anything to my blog apart form my calendar or June in this month as I was on holiday.
